Step into the world of professional theatre with Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble’s High School Internship Program—a one-of-a-kind opportunity for students in grades 9–12 to go beyond the classroom and experience the magic of live theatre from the inside out. Running September 2025 through June 2026, this immersive program blends hands-on training with real backstage responsibilities. Interns rotate through Artistic, Production, and Administrative departments, gaining skills in directing, acting, design, stage management, technical theatre, marketing, fundraising, and more. Along the way, they’ll work side-by-side with theatre professionals, serve as stagehands for mainstage productions, receive personal mentorship, and complete a capstone project that showcases their growth. Whether dreaming of a career on stage, behind the scenes, or in arts leadership, students will leave with real-world experience, professional connections, and the confidence to thrive in the creative arts.
